1998rich Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the 1998rich platform by all Malaysian users. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by 1998rich, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 1998rich as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By using 1998rich services, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of 1998rich services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Registration using false information or another person's details is strictly prohibited.
- Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 1998rich will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
- You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately.
- All account information must be kept up to date to reflect your current details. Failure to do so may affect the processing of fund withdrawals.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a 1998rich user, you agree to comply with all of the following rules when using this platform:
- Not using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law or any applicable legislation.
- Not attempting to manipulate, hack, or interfere with the platform's technical systems in any way.
- Do not use automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without prior written permission from 1998rich.
- Not sharing your account with anyone else or allowing any third party to access your account.
- Not spreading misleading, false, or defamatory information about this platform through any medium.
- Adhering to all betting limits and gameplay guidelines set for each game category.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, and/or legal action where necessary.
4. Payment & Transaction Information (MYR)
All financial transactions on the 1998rich platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include bank transfers via FPX and e-wallets such as Boost, subject to availability at the time of the transaction.
- Deposits: Deposit funds are typically credited to your account within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by your bank or payment provider. 1998rich is not responsible for any delays caused by the bank.
- Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated on the platform. The account holder's name must match the name registered on your 1998rich account to avoid any delays or rejections.
- Transaction Limits: Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the current policies published on the platform. These limits may change without prior notice.
- Unauthorised Transactions: Any attempt to commit fraud, money laundering, or transactions that violate the law will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be closed immediately.
- Refunds: All deposits credited to your gaming account are final unless a verifiable technical error has occurred. Refund requests are subject to review and approval by the 1998rich team.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
1998rich shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from the use of the platform, including betting losses, technical service disruptions, or unauthorised third-party access occurring beyond 1998rich's reasonable control.
This platform is provided on an "as is" basis and 1998rich makes no guarantees of uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary disruptions to the service.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the 1998rich platform are the exclusive property of 1998rich or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
Any links to third-party websites or services on the 1998rich platform are provided for convenience only. 1998rich does not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites.
6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
1998rich reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform in a way that compromises other users or the integrity of the platform.
Users whose accounts are closed due to a policy violation are not entitled to any compensation. Remaining funds in accounts closed for policy violations may not be recoverable, depending on the severity of the breach and the decision of the 1998rich compliance team.
Changes to Terms
1998rich reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this document are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be construed to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
